Welcome to the Lake Ranch! From the hot tub, and sauna, to the game room, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Inside are 4 spacious king suites with attached private bathrooms, a queen bedroom, 6 twins, and a crib. Wake up to farm-fresh eggs, & get cooking in our huge kitchen. Exercise in the home gym and at the nearby Pickleball courts. The home has an office area, fast Wi-Fi, and TVs in every room. We also offer unique farm experiences with our horses and goats that will make your stay unforgettable!Layout:2 king suites with attached private bathrooms. 2 twins in each suite. 2 king bedrooms with private bathrooms. 1 queen bedroom with shared bathroom to the bunk room. 1/2 bath on the main floor along with a master suite on the main floor. Stairs down to queen and king bedrooms. There is a study, gym, and 3 outdoor hang places. Hot tub and porch swing. Fire pit. Fire table for upper deck and a huge gas grill.Guests will have access to the unique facets of this property, including the lake, dock, fire pit, and grounds. For a separate fee, our farm hand can provide any farm experience you would like. Horseback riding and feeding the animals are all done with our farm hands. You can pet them during your stay. We have a basketball hoop in the driveway you are welcome too. No going on our unfinished houseboat.We hope to host you soon! About an hour from the Atlanta airport and located on the desirable south end of Lake Lanier, nestled in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains. The home is on a farm with a lake view and has an easy walk to the dock and water.Close to many marinas including: Holiday, Aqualand, and Hideaway Bay Marinas. Boat and jet ski rentals, live music, restaurants, and bars are a short car or boat ride away. Close to the Lake Lanier Islands waterpark, golf course, and Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville.You will never run out of things to do. We have kayaks, paddle boards, canoes, a boat dock, a ping pong table, gym, grill, a private hot tub, sauna, nearby pickle-ball courts, a crib, playroom, two inside gas fireplaces and an outside wood-burning fire pit and a propane fireplace on the dock. We have two horses to greet you, goats to admire, along with several chickens that provide fresh eggs for your stay. Close to restaurants, surrounding downtowns, and the Mall of Georgia, mountains for hiking, rafting, shopping, and wineries. You’re gonna love being at Lake Ranch on Lake Lanier.Transportation by boat or Uber.Dogs stay fee will be charged at check-in. $200 pet fee. Please put down how many dogs you will be bringing. We allow up to 3 dogs. The fee is for the stay and cleaning, not for damages that may occur. So please crate your dog when you leave.Please keep an eye on children by the water. Swim at your own risk.Eggs are free to take while you stay, use for eating not for throwing.The animals are under 24-hour surveillance. No going past the fence. You can greet and feed apples and carrots to horses from the fence. Inside Feeding or Riding the horses/animals is a separate charge and you can book a time in advance or during your stay.The fireplace in the home is open for the cooler season October-March.There is a weight limit on swings, hammocks, and horses.The grill and fire tables are based on propane, you are welcome to use it but must turn propane off after use and refill propane if you run out after use on your stay.Gym and hot tub have rules you must abide by as well.We have provided enough paper products to get you started during your stay. If a stay is longer than 4 days, the guest will be responsible for replenishing their additional supplies.Pets•Crating Requirement: All dogs must be crated when left alone in the home – 2 crates are provided in the home.•Fees:• One pet is included in your booking.• For additional pets (up to 3 total):• $100 extra fee per additional pet. – Example: If you bring 3 pets, the totalextra fee is $200 ($100 for each additional pet).• The booking platform will automatically apply the $100 pet fee.• A separate charge from the host applies for multiple pets, covering theirstay and cleaning (not damage).Service Animals:* No charge for service animals.* A small additional cleaning fee is required to cover cleaner expenses after any animal stays.Boating and Paddling Equipment:* Equipment must be returned to its designated place.* Fees for not returning:• $500 fee for a lost boat.• $100 fee for each lost paddle.Hot Tub and Safety Regulations:* No glass, pets, or smoking in or near the hot tub.* Children must be supervised at all times near the hot tub, fire pit, and lake dock.* The hot tub must be covered when not in use.See more
