Just a 4 minute drive to the lake!SPACE FOR EVERYONEOn the ground level, you step inside to find a living room, mud room, full bathroom, and 3 bedrooms. The living room has a sectional sofa to cozy up in, a large mounted wall tv (which is great for the kid’s downstairs and the adults upstairs) and sliding doors that open out to the first floor porch. There is a bistro 2 chair set on the porch with outdoor lighting. As you enter the main door the first room on the left is the mud room, where you will find a washer and dryer, plus everything you need to store all your outdoor gear. Snowboard rack that holds four snowboards and a ski rack that holds four pairs of skis. On the same floor you will find three bedrooms. We named them “Red room”- “Kids room”- and “Queen room”. The red room has two twin beds, dresser and full closet. The kids room has twin bunk beds, dresser and a full length mirror. Last, the queen room has a queen sleigh bed, full dresser and bright ceiling lighting. All the rooms are equipped with a fan. The bathroom on the ground level has a bathtub/shower and single sink vanity with bright lighting.Walk upstairs, and you will find lots of space with an open concept floor plan. Living room, den, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The living room has a large sectional that will easily accommodate 8 people or more! A 52 inch flat screen above the fireplace, and a built in remote controlled ac unit for those hot days. The den has a coffee table and a full size day bed that will comfortably sleep two people for extra sleeping space with a twin trundle under it. The kids will also enjoy this little corner of the house with toys, games, and a flat screen tv with dvd player. The dining area features a large barn style table with 6 chairs that seats 10-12 people, ceiling fan and slider doors that go out to the wrap around deck. Off the dining area is the kitchen which offers everything you need to complete your perfect meal, plus the usual microwave, coffee maker, stainless refrigerator and electric stove. On the same floor you will find a bathroom with a stand up shower and a bedroom with full size bed including a mirror and dresser. Also, a walk-out deck with gorgeous sunset views.Not enough? Great, because there is more! The outdoor deck offers a 4 piece patio set including, 2 lounge chairs, loveseat and glass coffee table. The next step up you will enjoy a four burner gas grill next to a 4 piece glass dining area with four chairs. Turn the corner and there are two rocking chairs and steps that go down to ground level.
