Comfortably accommodates 9 , with bedrooms on both floors. Come enjoy all that Sunapee has to offer!The first floor offers an open kitchen, dining and gathering area with ample seating, wall mounted 65″ Smart TV, gas stove and fully stocked kitchen. Our dining room table seats 8 with plenty of space at the huge granite island for 4 more.Large sliding doors face the lake and boasts 12′ ceilings throughout. First floor bedroom with full size Pottery Barn bunk beds and 7 drawer dresser, 32″ Smart TV sleeps four. A full tile bath is just off the bedroom. First floor laundry off the front door mud room. Easy access to the garage for storing skis and equipment just off the kitchen.The extra wide staircase is an original feature to the barn and leads to a second living room with couch, cozy seating, reading nook and two large Yogibo beanbag chairs which kids love. A 70″ Smart TV is mounted on the wall, with breathtaking vaulted ceilings, skylights, shiplap and cupola. A full tiled bathroom with marble vanity, tub and shower serves two of the three upstairs bedrooms.The primary features a king bed, wall mounted 50″ Smart TV, walk-in closet, sliders to a private deck with lake views and beautiful ensuite with pocket doors. The bathroom is outfitted with a deep soaking tub, marble double vanity and tile shower with built in bench.The two guest bedrooms upstairs are identical in size. One has two twin beds, the other with a queen bed. Each has its own set of nightstands and dressers with ample closet space and 32″ Smart TV.Each bedroom features high quality memory foam mattresses and bedding. Skylights in each room upstairs bring in beautiful natural light, amplifying the stunning architecture.Lennox mini-split systems provide on-demand heating and cooling throughout, making individualized comfort a breeze. Wi-Fi and smart TV’s in every room.Adirondack chairs, Weber grill and outside dining table are provided, along with games and toys.Our garage can easily fit a large truck with driveway parking. Plenty of room to store your boat/trailer.*No Direct Lake Access from the property – As residents, we are provided with passes to Dewey Beach (3 min drive) which is a private beach for Sunapee residents/guests. They have free kayak and paddle board rentals, a diving pad, basketball court and food stand.**Parking – While our driveway can accommodate more, there is a 4-car maximum for a 4-bed STR. Parking is not permitted on Fernwood Point Rd or West Shore Rd. Neighbors will take note of cars parked along the roads or any more than 4 cars in the driveway.
