Perfect for nature bathing surrounded by trees and the Sand River. A private and relaxing river front home overlooking the Sand River across from Lake Superior Beach. Located in a country 4 natural acre wooded setting on State Highway M28 East, we are 15 minutes from downtown Marquette and 25 minutes west of Munising. Beach is a 600 foot walk from the house, A gorgeous 3 mile stretch of Lake Superior beach is a short walk down our wooded driveway and across the road. This beautiful sugar sand beach is rated as one of the UP’s best beaches – clean, fine sand and amazing water. Camp Luke Charles is nestled in the tall red pine forest between Lake Superior and the Sand River. The Sand River is excellent for easy, relaxing kayaking and canoeing which leads out to Lake Superior. Bird feeders bring visitors all year long.
