Cozy cottage on Lake Todd with 50 feet of private beach across the street is available for your summer fun! Cottage has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. Master bedroom has a queen size bed and looks out at the lake, second bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 twin bed. Linens and towels are not provided; guests must provide their own. Kitchen has all the amenities you need and a charcoal grill is provided.Large boats are not allowed on Lake Todd but it is the perfect place for canoes, kayaks and small motor boats with great fishing and bird watching!Lake Todd is located in Newbury NH and is within minutes of Lake Sunapee. Mount Kearsarge and Mount Sunapee are nearby with great hiking trails for all ages!Please note, cottage sits on a small hill with several steps leading to the entrance.A 3-night minimum is required during the summer months, mid-June through Labor day, a 2-night stay will be considered pre/post season.
