(The lake is run by the HOA, and is not available for swimming or fishing, but there are walking paths and benches around it that you can enjoy. And there are other fishing lakes around that I can direct you to, as well).Easy accessibility – there are no internal steps in the home.There is a dining room table that seats 6, and 6 bar stools in the kitchen / breakfast room area as well. The kitchen is well-stocked with basics like spices for cooking, plenty of plates and cookware, a slow cooker, rice cooker, electric tea kettle, coffee maker, Keurig machine, measuring spoons, a convection toaster oven, and more.
