Beautiful, clean, 1947 rustic Tahoe style cabin steps from year-round fun. Two bedroom/1 bathroom. Relaxing open concept living area with brand new kitchen, new living room furniture, unlimited Netflix access, and high speed internet . Kitchen is complete with all the necessary utensils and cookware to enjoy baking, roasting or grilling. Direct access to deck, hot tub and grill from kitchen. Lake views from every room. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have a queen bed in one room and a queen size bed in the adjacent room. There is a new queen size sofa bed in the living room. The yard is completely fenced for your furry friends. The large deck has a table for 6 with a great view of the lake. The lower garden has a wonderful propane fire pit to enjoy during the summer and two lounge chairs with umbrella for the afternoon nap or a good read. Enjoy the Candlestick park seats on the very back deck. Best seats in the house. The cabin comes with 2 pairs of snow shoes, 2 Giant mountain bikes, 2 new 10 foot kayaks with kayak carts and all the kayak accessories, large beach cart and beach chairs. This cozy cabin screams Lake Tahoe charm. You can curl up with a good book and enjoy the views or explore some of the most beautiful scenic grandeur on this earth. Great hiking, mountain biking, skiing, boating within a 10 minute drive. Fun all year around.
