Description
The Cottage at Spring Harbor, is a beautifully designed, new home on Lake Winnipesaukee. This is one of two homes located on this beautiful property that sits on a channel that leads to Smith Cove on Lake Winnipesaukee. Enjoy this peaceful setting with the views of the water and access to your own boat slip for up to a 25 foot boat. The Cottage is much more than a cottage, with modern amenities, a gas fire pit, grill, and space to enjoy the outdoors. This home features three (3) bedrooms, one (1) full bath, (1) 3/4 bath, and will sleep up to 8 guests! There is an open concept kitchen with stainless appliances, beautiful countertops and kitchen island/dining table, and living area with ample windows letting in the beauty of the natural lighting. The main floor also includes a bedroom with a queen size bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Venture downstairs to find two additional bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, sitting area, and a walkout deck and the other bedroom hosts a queen bed and twin bunkbeds. There is also a full bathroom on the lower level. Wake up and begin your day with a delicious cup of coffee sitting on one the decks looking down to the water’s edge.
