Porch includes ceiling fans to keep cool and bugs away at night.Summer/Spring rental includes use of common area beach and private beach at end of road. 2 kayaks and stand up paddle board. Beach toys and wagon. Grill for a family barbecue outside and and solo stove for s’mores and adult hangout at night. Property is in a no wake zone with easy boating or paddling to the always popular Winnisquam sandbar.Fall/winter renters enjoy the beautiful foliage and/or views of frozen lake Winnisquam with snowmobiling, ice fishing and snowshoeing. Take a hike on the Winnisquam scenic trail or visit a local farm for apple picking and pumpkin picking in the fall.
