Take your next Lake Tahoe vacation to this lakefront home on the west shore. Enjoy the large Grandview home in Tahoma with buoy and pier access. Located close to Homewood Ski resort, trails for hiking/biking and the bike path to Tahoe City. Enjoy the use of the buoy and pier, as well as the beautifully manicured lawn and lakefront area of the home.The main floor’s living area is open and has an updated kitchen. In addition to the gorgeous fireplace to warm up beside, you have beautiful furnishings and decorations throughout. The south facing deck will be a pure joy with a morning cup of coffee or good book. There is enough seating at the dining table to accommodate 8 people for family style meals.The main floor features a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, as well as views of the lake. There are plenty of fans available in the event that we have an unusual hot spell.* Prepare for mountain or winter weather driving in winter months. This may mean Four wheel drive with snow tires or chains. Check weather or road reports. AWD and 4WD necessary to get up the mountain roads and some driveways in the winter months.* Renters must be 25+* Maximum Occupancy per county ordinance is 9 adults* This is a non-smoking home.STR Permit #STR22-7400**Available for 2025 ski lease starting as early at January 8, 2025. $10,825 per month for rent, garbage, internet and driveway snow removal.
