Description
This is a lakefront home. It’s not a house across the street from the lake. It is not a house behind another house on the lake. It is a house with just lake rights. It’s not even a house in front of another house on the lake. This house is right on the lake with a dock with beautiful views all year round. You will have private parking for one car. Although, far from perfect, this makes it a great location for the right person, so please read on to make sure this apartment is a good fit for you. I like to be transparent, so people are happy. I see too many people list how awesome their place is without mentioning possible negatives too.The Interior was just painted. New glass top stove. The bathroom was recently remodeled a few years ago. The carpets were cleaned. The outside was just redone as well and still working on it. Lots of updates and more to come. I will be updating this as time goes on.This is the downstairs of a two-family home. If hearing someone occasionally walking upstairs, or you are a light sleeper, this would possibly not be a good fit for you. No one is upstairs most of the winter. The property is shared with a really nice upstairs tenant that works during the day. It’s a quiet neighborhood with a young family next door so we are not looking for party people to stay here. There is a decent amount of steps (about 25) to walk down to get to the door so keep that in mind. There is a grill outside for your use and the patio is shared but the upstairs tenant rarely uses it because he has his own grill and patio area that he uses. He will pass by to access his boat as will I and my family on occasion. There are camera’s on the exterior of the property. I do not monitor them. They are there for emergencies. Please contact me if an emergency arises.Hi-speed wifi included. You can have access to many steaming accounts during your stay or log into your own.Summer, Fall, Winter, or Spring there are things to enjoy. Ice fishing, snowmobiles, ice skating, or just walking to the local bars on the lake are a great experiences. Mountain Creek is about a 35 min drive on scenic back roads or head over to PA for various places to ski or snowboard. Mountain bikers paradise with 100’s of trails in the area.Any stays over 58 days require an application, which will include items like a credit check, referrals, income verification, rental history, etcetera. The fee the service charges is under $40 and can be paid by credit card. If you are staying for less than 58 days, this does not apply.
