Welcome to The Budding Bungalow, our 2BR/2BA, waterfront bungalow on Lake Hartwell with a private, deep-water covered boat-dock. We have lovingly updated the entire space inside and outside including a brand-new kitchen, floors, windows and outdoor shower. Other amenities include hi speed wi-fi, 2 Roku TVs, gas grill, washer/dryer and a space for a boat trailer.Inside:The house is a perfect size for one couple or a family get-away. It is a 2-story bungalow with the bedrooms on the terrace level. It comfortably sleeps 2 adults and up to 4 children. The main level features a lake view room where you can comfortably soak in the lake views or play a game. Cooking is easy in our brand-new kitchen with quartz countertops and open shelving system. The cove is quiet with sweet neighbors and is also home to our resident Blue Herron who guards the cove. The dock has Adirondack chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee or sunset cocktail. When you are finished with your day on the water, enjoy our enclosed outdoor shower featuring a bench seat, hot and cold water as well as 2 different shower heads.Features- Deck with propane grill and outdoor seating, enclosed outdoor shower, covered boat dock, cement driveway, 3 kayaks (1 adult, 2 children’s), 2 inner tube floats, life jacketsWe currently have a 2 week maximum stay.
