Amazing Higgins Lake is right outside of the front door! Beautiful sandy bottom that is shallow enough for the kids and just right for volleyball or standing around in while you enjoy the sun and view. There is an excellent dock and buoy to moor your boat on overnights. The cabin is approximately 800 sq ft of retro-beauty; three nice bedrooms, an updated kitchen that is open to the living room, and even French doors to the enclosed porch facing the lake! You can see all the way to the lake from kitchen! Wifi is provided to entertain should the weather not cooperate. Sorry no pets allowed
