Remodeled cottage with three bedrooms, bedrooms 1 and 2 each with full size beds are located on main floor. Upstairs, bedroom 3 has two full size futons. An additional futon is available in an open room. Kitchen and bath remodeled in 2016. New carpet, linoleum and hardwood floors. Upstairs was recently updated spring 2019. Indoor dining area seats 6 people comfortably although you could fit up to 8. Outdoor patio set can seat up to 8 – 10. Bathroom has shower only, no tub. Boat dock is at least 150′ or more, depending on season and will accommodate two boats.Window air conditioners added in Spring 2019.During July and August there is a minimum rental of 7 days, Sunday to Sunday.
