Please ensure they are well-behaved and crated when left alone• Complimentary parking is available. From October – May [off-season], due to the challenging road conditions caused by snow and mud, a four-wheel drive and a high undercarriage are required to navigate the roads safely in Maine• Be mindful of the rocks on your right-hand side as you drive in• Kindly collect all trash and recyclables upon departure or we’ll have to apply a $100 surcharge to cover the associated removal costs. Transfer stations are available in Belfast and Camden• Late check-outs are prohibited• Please note that to provide host and guest liability and damage protection, you will receive a secure link upon booking to complete a virtual check-in through a guest portal. A pre-authorization of $30 will be held on your credit card 7 days ahead of check-in until check-out• The water supply is sourced from the lake and undergoes an extensive filtration/UV process• You’ll find a heat pump that provides heating or air-conditioning in the kitchen and a remote-controlled propane stove in the living area
