Lakefront cottage with mountain view, private sandy beach & dock for a boat!Lakefront cottage on Winnipesaukee with large, private, sandy beach with child friendly swimming area tucked away in a quiet cove. Floating raft in deeper swimming area and private dock perfect for tying your boat! You will also have access to our two kayaks, paddle boat, two canoes and rowboat. Large sunny deck, two patios, and screened in porch overlooking the lake and breathtaking Ossipee Mountains. This single family home consists of three bedrooms: one double bed and two bedrooms each with two twin beds. Cozy living room with fireplace, TV and wifi. We use fans and do not have air conditioning. Gorgeous views of the lake and Ossipee Mountain range throughout the entire one acre property! Conveniently located 10 minutes to Center Harbor (grocery store), 20 minutes to Meredith and 30 minutes to Wolfeboro. Guests may bring one dog with approval of the owner. Thank you! Marci
