Upstairs has a kitchen and family/living with incredible lake views… 2 of the 5 bedrooms are on the main level … just steps from the screened in back porch! There is a fireplace for colder evenings ready to be used!Downstairs offers 3 bedrooms, a large family and rec room space for the family, a mini kitchen and a walk out patio just steps from the beautiful LAKE OCONEE. There is a sleeper sofa downstairs to allow more space for sleep!SLEEPS UP TO 12!There is a ton of closet space for longer weeks at the lake, and there is plenty of room for entertaining family from near and far! The back porch off the living room offers enclosed areas to cool off while still enjoying the peace of lake life…Enjoy the wildlife while using a kayak out on the calmer lake water right off the back dock after a day on the boat.Outside backyard offers incredible lake views… you can spend the afternoon fishing off the dock or spending the day on the lake! Get ready to gather your family and friends around the outdoor firepit, roasting smores making memories!We do have a pontoon boat available for rent! Just ask me how !!!!Please note: we do have outdoor cameras for your security.This house is on the part of the lake where there are hilly backyard. This property does have a hill to get up and down to the lake and dock!As a courtesy, there is neighborhood construction happening on both sides of the property.
