It is nestled in the woods with a beautiful view of the lake from the house. It also has a big yard with plenty of room for outdoor activities, a dock, and a private hot tub.The deck is covered with shade trees, and there is an attached screened-in porch. Wireless internet access, Ping-Pong, and a kayak are all available for your enjoyment! Additional perks include a new laundry area and an additional den.A boat ramp (Acapulco USA) is less than a half-mile away, and the local VFW Post is also just around the corner. This home is suitable for those with limited mobility and has a ramp for ease of access into the home. There are handrails in the master bathroom, which also has a wonderful walk-in shower with body jets.Things to KnowThis property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Dock details:Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
