Neighborhood is very family friendly, no surprise to see people walking, riding bikes and catching up with one another. Plenty of parking with two driveways, one connected to the main home where you can park 4 vehicles. Second driveway connected to the garage where you can park 5 vehicles. Overflow parking on the street or across the street. Many off road ATV and golf carts drive around for easier commuting.
