Whether you’re looking for the perfect vacation spot for a large group or your family, and even furry companions, the White Pearl is a luxurious and beautiful catch for a Harbor Country getaway.Upon entry to the house, it’s hard not to be stunned at the immediate beauty. Making the most of the property’s premium location overlooking Lake Michigan, the home provides a unique take on an open-concept plan, with high vaulted ceilings, countless windows with abundant natural light, and sweeping views of Lake Michigan. In addition to the natural surroundings, the home is expertly decorated with a tasteful, modern aesthetic, and high-end Italian furnishings.The main floor includes a grand living area with serene views of the lake, a private light-filled bedroom, a family room with a fireplace, and an open-concept bedroom. Next to the airy dining room is a second living space with a TV and a bright, all-white kitchen with plenty of counter space and all the necessary cooking gear for the culinary inclined. There is a newly reconfigured master second main bedroom suite on the main floor as well.A good portion of the second floor is reserved for the primary main bedroom retreat that features an indoor balcony and outdoor porch, a private office, and a large bathroom with a soaking jacuzzi tub, a sauna, a double shower, and a skylight. The rest of the second floor includes two additional bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and private porches.The private guest house has been fully renovated with a kitchen and new bathrooms. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
