The basement game room is another refuge, complete with an oversized leather sofa, and TV. The kids (and the kids at heart) will happily spend hours at the foosball table. If you prefer your meals al fresco, it’s easy to take advantage of the outdoor grill and oversized dining table.Bed & Bath820 Monroe (formerly Family Tides) boasts 5 bedrooms and 4 baths across 3 levels. Everyone in your group can look forward to a restful nights’ sleep in comfortable beds with high-quality linens. Incredible views await you in the large, main-level master suite, with a king-size bed, dual nightstands and lamps, and ceiling fan. Complete with a desk and chair and a separate seating area, this room feels like a true sanctuary. The ensuite bath offers a modern claw-foot soaking tub, tiled walk-in shower with a bench, and dual sinks. A second full bath is located near the front entryway and offers a walk-in shower. Upstairs are two bedrooms that share a full hall bath with a tub/shower. The first of these bedrooms offers a queen bed, dual nightstands and lamps, and a ceiling fan. The second can be used as a kids’ lair or family suite, with a double-over-double bunk and a king bed. The basement offers two bedrooms that share a full hall bath with a walk-in shower. The first of these offers a king bed and TV, with the second offering a queen bed and TV.Outdoor SpacesMother Nature takes center stage at 820 Monroe (formerly Family Tides). Take in the sweeping lake views from the covered patio or up-close-and-personal on your private sandy beach with Adirondack chairs. The fenced-in backyard oasis is a safe and private space for your group to hang out and make memories together. The outdoor pool is where guests love to spend sunny days splashing around. When playtime is over for the day, the auto cover makes light work of covering up the pool to keep everyone safe (especially little guests). The giant Jenga game is sure to provide some family fun and new memories. Gather around the fire pit for stories, laughs, and s’mores.
