This area is known for the best fishing on Lake Murray and is just 15 minutes by water to a full-service marina. The daily bird show from the Aviary Reserve just across the lake is also a treat.The dock has a large seating area with water, electricity, a sink, and a counter for easy cleanup. The attached floating dock gives easy access for swimming and boating. A ramp for small crafts is also available.The large sundeck and spacious yard are perfect for any outdoor activity. Each bedroom offers a view of the lake. The open floor plan affords ample living space and a separate dining room.THINGS TO KNOWThis property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.Dock details:Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
