This property has over 500 feet of shoreline on Lake Anna, all completely bulkheaded with steps into the water. A perfectly flat lot allows for an easy walk to and from the lake and deep water near the dock makes boating simple. You’ll have a double bay boathouse so you can park your boat under cover during your stay. The boathouse has two rooms, one with a full-size refrigerator and a roll-up bar door so you can entertain at the waterfront without having to go back to the house and the other for storing lake gear.What’s nearby:You’ll be staying in a family-friendly and quiet neighborhood, perfect for families traveling with kids. The boat launch is at Dukes Creek Marina – a launch fee applies.
