Sip a glass of wine, tea or coffee on the private balcony, watch as the sun sets over the water and mountains or watch the Float Planes fly by.You will find this home perfect for your family retreat or group getaway as it is made for entertaining on two levels yet roomy enough for privacy.The main level has the kitchen with a beautiful slate sink and granite countertops, bar stools and a deck with a gas grill. The large dining room is appointed Maine elegant, has a gas log fireplace and deck with a gorgeous view.On the lower level, you will find a great room with a Grand Fieldstone Fireplace, flatscreen satellite TV and a terrace out to the backyard and lake. There are also three additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a view of the water with a queen bed and a full private bathroom. The two remaining bedrooms have access to a shared full bath and laundry room. One has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed with a queen bed, trundle, and twin bunk.This home boasts an in-town setting within walking distance to dining, shopping and local events yet is very private and peaceful. Play a game of croquette or badminton on the lawn, sit at the beach and read a book, sunbathe, swim or boat from the dock. Fish, snowmobile or snowshoe right from your doorstep. Nearby is Lily Bay State Park — a perfect spot to picnic. Or maybe you’d enjoy hiking Squaw Mountain or a peak on the Appalachian Trail.
