You are also provided access to a boat launch in the same neighborhood, which can be found less than a minute away.Upon entering this two-level home, you’ll be welcomed by central air conditioning, free WiFi, and a wealth of natural light coming through large windows in the open living room, kitchen, and dining room. This is a wonderful space to gather, whether you’re warming your toes by the gas fireplace, streaming a favorite movie on the flatscreen TV, or preparing dinner using stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. There’s a dining room table with bench seating, stools for four at the breakfast bar, and two more tables outside on the screened porch and on the beautiful deck (which also has a gas grill).This property has no shortage of entertainment options, with a game room downstairs offering Ping-Pong, a pool table, darts, and a second living area. Outside, you’ll be treated to a dock on the lake (with a kayak available for your use), a firepit and sitting area at the water’s edge, a large lawn, and a private hot tub.
