Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the decks overlooking the water, your afternoons swimming or paddling from the dock at the water’s edge (kayaks, paddleboards, life vests, and fishing gear are provided!), and your evenings grilling and dining alfresco as the kids play on the waterfront lawn. There’s also a firepit where you can roast s’mores, tell ghost stories, and stargaze in the evenings.The two-story interior is perfect for entertaining, with a large living room offering multiple seating vignettes and a smart TV for streaming using your accounts. (The fireplace is not operational.) Prepare favorite recipes in the adjacent well-equipped kitchen using the stainless steel appliances, and pull the high chair up to the dining room table to gather the whole crew together at mealtime. Indulge in a restful night’s sleep in three upstairs bedrooms. (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.More information can be downloaded from the “Rental Agreement” on the checkout page.Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
