The main floor has an open floor plan with a great room, adjacent large kitchen and dining area, 3 bedroom suites, home office, laundry room and an easily accessible half bathroom. The lake level has the game room, Home Theater room, and bunk bedroom suite.You have full access to our entire house, and our property. Our fully equipped home is ready to go with a spacious gourmet kitchen that easily accommodates a large group or entire family with lots of countertop space, new stainless steel appliances, and all the tools you need to make your own world famous super secret recipe. Coffee and Tea lovers will appreciate our nice selection of k-cups. Some outdoor amenities include: dock, beach, hot tub, fire pit, deck, patio, and propane gas grill. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Boat or Jet Ski, because we will refer you to our premier partner (DV Rentals LKA) and provide you with some helpful advice. We have easy access to a nearby boat ramp. We also offer everything you would need for an extended stay including a Washer & Dryer.We use keyless entry smart locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.Rock Island Landing is the newest and most premier waterfront residential neighborhood community located in the perfect spot near the center of Lake Anna on the exclusive private side. With over 3,400 acres of pristine clear blue water surrounding this property, it is perfect for boating, swimming, fishing and water skiing. While it’s generally a quiet neighborhood, there is some ongoing new construction.
