It’s important to return this information at your earliest convenience, but no later than 24 hours after the request. Upon receiving the lease agreement, it must be signed and returned within a week. Failure to do so may result in the application of our cancellation policy. The lease agreement will be sent from our business email address on the same day or the following morning at the latest. If you do not receive it, please notify us promptly.TAX INFORMATION: Please be aware that VRBO quotes do not include local taxes, totaling 6% of the basic rental fee plus housekeeping charges. To address water quality concerns, we have installed a reverse osmosis system at the kitchen sink and a new water softener was installed in June 2023. Additionally, it’s important to note that the water sourced from a well may have a slightly salty taste, a characteristic some guests may be unaccustomed to. Furthermore, given the current drought conditions in Texas, if the property remains unoccupied for an extended period, the well water may initially have an egg smell upon use.
