The upper level features another other large bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom. Bedrooms are equipped with plenty of closet space.Fresh towels, and linens are provided for each guest, as well as plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap; Hairdryers are available in the property as well.Don’t forget to spend some time outside on our backyard beach and exploring the lake in our kayak/paddle board. Book now, and take advantage of North Carolina’s beautiful seasons!Guest Access:Guests have private access to all 3 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, kitchen, both living areas, laundry room, back yard, and dock. Only the locked owner’s closet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway, in the garage, and on the street.Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.The Neighborhood:Lakeside Bliss is located in the Denver Area, and is perfect for families in town, or relaxing group vacations.Nestled peacefully on the shores of Lake Norman, Denver is a serene area offering a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. With a wealth of restaurants, bars, and retail establishments, you’ll find everything you need within reach. Plus, its proximity to Charlotte, NC ensures easy access to the city’s vibrant offerings.For nature enthusiasts, the nearby Rock Springs Nature Preserve, located less than 6 minutes away, beckons with its scenic hiking trails and a delightful playground, providing a perfect escape into the great outdoors.Getting Around:This charming home is nestled alongside the picturesque shores of Lake Norman, offering a tranquil setting and breathtaking views. Conveniently located, it provides easy access to a variety of grocery stores and restaurants just a short drive away.Other Things to Note:The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). Unfortunately we do NOT allow cats. Any pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet to be paid prior to check-in. Any unapproved pets will result in a $250 fine. If pets will be in the property over 1 week, MyTripify reserves the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance.We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.Interaction with Guests:Enjoy privacy during your stay, knowing you will not be disturbed at the property without prior notification unless there is an emergency.
