The dining area seats 8 people and is ideal for entertaining. The kitchen is nicely equipped with everything you need, a gas range, microwave, dishwashers, all with great views of the lake!One of the two master bedrooms is on this main living level with a new queen bed and an en-suite bath. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, both with two twin beds and a nice size guest bath with separate sink and bath areas. The second master suite has stunning lake views, a large seating area, new flat screen TV and big en-suite bath with two sinks and a separate shower area – perfect for couples.The Northshore Townhomes boasts a private beach with chairs and umbrellas, pier, swimming pool and tennis courts, all a very short stroll from this home. The location of the complex is just a couple of minutes from Tahoe City, where there are a number of family-friendly restaurants and a Safeway. It is also a short drive away from Palisades Tahoe and Alpine Meadows. Add it all up and this is the ideal home for your Tahoe Holiday.PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests’ privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers.
