Lakefront Open Water Family Retreat – Colorado Arm of LBJ!Located on the Colorado River arm of Lake LBJ, this ranch style home is the perfect place to enjoy a lake vacation in a private country setting. Swim, fish, boat or jet-ski on Texas’ largest constant level lake or simply relax in the shade of the large waterfront yard.The boat dock has two boat lifts (1standard, 1 pontoon) and two jet ski/kayak ramps available for guests to use. Water depth gently slopes from 1 foot at the retaining wall to about 12 feet at the end of the dock. Fishing is also excellent!The 2150 sq. ft. home has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and sleeps 8 comfortably. The living room is 15 X 30 with vaulted ceilings with a spectacular views of the lake through floor to ceiling windows.The large master bedroom sleeps 2 in a king bed and is equipped with a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed to accommodate 2 guests. Equipped with a bunk bed and a twin with trundle, the third bedroom sleeps 4. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a connecting bathroom. The third bathroom is located in the hall near the kitchen.The home has as fully equipped, recently remodeled kitchen and both an gas grill and wood/charcoal smoking pit!
