From the custom windows giving panoramic views of the Narrows of Lake Charlevoix to the hidden little hideaways to take in Northern Michigan around this home, you are sure to have that restful and peaceful getaway you’ve been seeking.When you arrive at the home you will pull down a small gravel shared drive leading you to your nestled two-story getaway. There is parking for 3 vehicles per township regulations. You will find a wrap around porch, with large deck (new Fall 2022) overlooking the lake, with both a charcoal and gas grill and table and chairs for your enjoyment. In the backyard, your playland awaits. There are steps leading down to the waterfront, where a fire pit and lake access welcome you. A private dock has recently been installed to keep your boat that will also feature a sitting plateau for your enjoyment!Once inside the home, you will find that memories made will be even better. On the main floor you have a large open concept with full kitchen, breakfast bar and sitting area, full dining area, and large living room. The views from everywhere within this open concept will draw you right back to the cathedral height windows that frame the beauty of the south arm of Lake Charlevoix. Also on the main floor is one bedroom that features a King size bed (new 4/2023), a full bathroom for your convenience, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.Upstairs you will find two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom. The first bedroom upstairs features a King (new 4/2023) bed. The second bedroom is a very large bedroom that features a queen bed plus two full size beds.
