Enjoy the morning sunlight, the afternoon shade, and the twinkling lights of the waterfall at night.This is a 3rd floor condo with stairs directly in front of unit PLUS an elevator about 120 feet from our front door. The elevator key is available upon entry into the condo, it is on the large set of keys.The community offers a HEATED swimming pool surrounded by cactus and beautiful bougainvillea, where you can spend the day or evening simply relaxing. Next to the pool is a hot tub and private tennis and pickle ball courts. Our unit is steps away from the pool. And a brand new hot tub was completed in last March!Enjoy morning or evening strolls around the private lake (paved 1 mile trail) where you will encounter ducks, geese, swans, turtles, fish, herons, and egrets! The walk includes fishing docks, benches, a babbling brook, rock fountain, awesome bridge, and the waterfall which is located in front of our balcony!A great vacation that is minutes from all of the metro area’s greatest attractions.
