The house is located on the shores of Lake Chatuge. Home is about 5 blocks from downtown Hiawassee … a small town in North Georgia.This is a three bedroom, three bath home. The house will comfortably sleep 8 people. There is a queen sleeper sofa available. The three bedrooms have queen beds. Bath and Sleep linens are furnished. A Washer and Dryer are available.The Kitchen is fully equipped. A Grill is furnished for Outdoor Grilling.There is a wonderful Fire Pit in the front yard.There is a covered Carport. This is a one story house on level terrain. There is a nice yard.The house has RokuTV. The house has Wi Fi.The house has Central Air and Heat and two Gas log fireplaces.To me … the outstanding feature of the property is the striking lake and mountain views … a treasure to sit on the front porch and enjoy!
