Explore the tranquil waters with five kayaks and a two-seater John boat complete with a trolling motor. Life jackets, lake floats, and a floating Lillypad are provided for your enjoyment. Relax in the outdoor furniture provided on each porch or head down to the two-boat slip dock, equipped with cleats for securing your watercraft.Please note that the property’s long driveway and country setting offer a peaceful retreat, while the proximity to Twin Bridges Marina provides convenient access to boat rentals and amenities. Keep in mind that not all boats may fit under the Twin Bridges, and water levels can fluctuate daily. Must bring your own charcoal & clean out the grill before your departure.Lake Sinclair Recreational Park is a ten minute car ride and they have a beach swimming area to enjoy. Milledgeville is 25 minutes away and they have tons of dining options! Murder Creek falls & cave is a 5 minute car ride or you can access from water right off the property.This property is a 25-30 minute drive to GMC & GSCU. We are approximately 60 miles from the PGA Masters Tour in Augusta. Milledgeville & Greensboro, GA offer various dining options, entertainment, and activities for all ages. There is a Walmart in Eatonton near 10 minutes away and a Kroger in Milledgeville approx. 25 minutes away from the property. Twin Bridges Marina is a 10 minute drive. Lake Sinclair Recreational area is a 5 minute drive for boat ramp access.
