One of only a handful of properties in Grand Lake that enjoys the best of both. Only 5 minutes from the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park.The property was purchased in 2017 and fully renovated. It is 2 bedrooms 2 bath and 1080 sqf. The master has a king bed while the guest has two full beds. The place comfortably sleeps 6. The property is also equipped with WIFI and Cable TV. It has a fully functional kitchen with all dishes and utensils for those that would rather cook. There is a gas fireplace located in the living room. The unit also has a sauna located in it as well. A washer and dryer are located in the unit.The lakes are very clean and the fishing and boating are fantastic. There’s a public sand beach for swimming and also a public dock that can be used during the day. Paddle boarding, volleyball, kayaking, boating, shopping and hiking are all located within 1 minute from the property. If you like winter, ice fishing and snowmobiling are also within 1 minute from the property. 45 minute drive can get you to the Winter Park Ski Resort.
