Lakehouse Retreat with dock, paddle boat, canoe & kayaks!Come make your own family memories at our family lake house! This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house is located on Lake Hartwell. Enjoy our Large Dock with boat slip, Kayaks, Paddle boat & Hot tub. You will have some of the best views on the lake. Come watch the sunset over the lake on Sunset lane! We are within walking distance to JARRET BOAT RAMP which has parking area. Our driveway is large enough for your boat trailer as well.This house features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has queen bed with private bathroom with shower. The middle bedroom has queen bed. The bunk room has 2 sets of 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4). Bathroom with tub/shower combo is between the bedrooms. The den has a comfy leather couch & love seat with 4 electric recliners, and two arm chairs. The kitchen table seats 6 and there are also 5 bar stools at the bar. There is a table with 6 chairs on the screened porch plus a small table with 4 chairs.There is a flat screen TV in each bedroom and the den. WE HAVE STREAMING & HIGH SPEED INTERNET, we do not have cable TV. We subscribe to ROKU channel and PureFlix for movies.
