Sleeps 14Multi-family friendly home with large beautiful outdoor living space and plenty of off street parking. Home is minutes from Horseshoe Bend, Antelope Canyon and Lake Powell. Home is located in a nice neighborhood with everything to make your stay enjoyable. Main level has three bedrooms with a queen size bed in each and three full bathrooms. Bunk room downstairs is 2 rooms connected with a hallway that has 2 queen beds and a twin with trundle. There are beds to sleep 12 and memory foam sleeping pads for 2 additional sleeping options. Downstairs also has a large family room with a TV, foosball table and an arcade game perfect for entertaining a group while the main floor living room offers another group comfortable seating for visiting and watching TV. The sprawling outside living space is beautifully landscaped with a covered patio and a large lawn with mature shade trees ideal for your large family gatherings and BBQ’s. Activities outside include a horseshoe pit, swing, tree house, corn hole game and children’s riding toys. The back yard is fully enclosed, perfect if some of your group would love to sleep out under the stars. Guests have access to a garage. There is ample outside parking for all your lake toys.
