Saco River (lazy river tubing), 30 minutes to North Conway and Kancamagus Highway for amazing hiking and hanging out on the river. 5 Mins to Skiing including night skiing on Pleasant Mt, Hiking, Snowshoeing, X Country Skiing, Snowmobiling access. Beautiful 3 season room (gas fireplace–we use it in Winter too) and Screened Porch. Upstairs: One large room, Queen bed, sitting area, reading & office nook, 1/2 bath/laundry. Perfect for remote working, reading, downtime or kids area. Standup AC on 2nd floor and tower fans in rooms on 1st floor.GREAT OUTDOOR SPACE: grilling, large picnic table, seating areas, fire pit, corn hole.
