Location, location location. Charming 3 bedroom cape, unobstructed views of the lake across from the Private Association Beach. The free public boat launch is right around the corner. All water sports are enjoyed on this lake. No boat horsepower limit, however, 40mph is enforced. Great fishing and boating with a very popular 3 foot deep sand bar for socializing with the family or with other adults. Home of Nathan Hale, who famously said, “I only regret that I have but one life to lose for my country,” before being hung for being a spy for the Americans during the Revolutionary War. His house is a museum, which has a farmers market on the weekends. The cemetery where he is buried is nestled between Patriots Park and Lakeview Restaurant, excellent seafood with seating and live music right on the water. The house has great indoor and outdoor living spaces, 2 larger bedrooms, one smaller although most of your time will be spent outside on the spacious front porch with dining table an unobstructed views of Beautiful and clean Coventry Lake. Access to the sandy private association beach right across the street. Swimming area and kayak launch, You may just fall in love with the area.Rental lease and copy of ID must be completed to confirm rental.
