This charming 2 bedroom cottage couldn’t be any cozier, and has one of the best waterfronts on the lake. Relax on either the open-air deck or the enclosed porch and view the beautiful, stretching views of Skaneateles Lake, especially when the sun sets. Just steps from your front door is a (sometimes)bubbling brook that runs along the property and the creekside garden. Being almost at the dead end of the road, it is quiet from traffic. The woods behind the cottage give it a real rustic feel.Skaneateles is the 2nd cleanest lake in the country and the village, 15 minutes away, couldn’t be any more quaint. The village has great restaurants if you don’t feel like a having a cookout.NO PARTIES , NO EVENTS, NO REUNIONS! They are strictly prohibited.Respect for my neighbors is anticipated.The cottage is located on the coveted east side of the lake, just 15 minutes from the quaint village of Skaneateles. This ideal location gives you both the seclusion of an Adirondack atmosphere while still offering the proximity to grocery stores, charming shops, and plenty of a variety of restaurants.One bedroom has a queen size bed. The 2nd bedroom as a trundle bed with 2 single beds.Amenities: wifi, tv, gas grill, 2 kayaks, fully equipped kitchen. Some towels-you may want to bring additional. Linens are included.No large gatherings. No parties, no events!
