You will fall in love with our cute, well maintained Bradenton home in Lakeside South. The inside has been newly REMODELED!!!! New kitchen, bathrooms and floors. Also, Newer windows. Relax on the new 12X20 concrete back patio that overlooks the duck filled pond. Great location just 6 miles to Anna Marie Island, Bradenton/Coquina Beach. Approx. 4 miles to Riverwalk, they have a farmers market on Saturdays. 1.2 miles from the IMG Academy. Instead of a condo/apartment where you have deal with stairs or elevators as well as noisy neighbors above and below you. Enjoy having your own private home located in a quiet community. Great restaurants as well as shopping just around the corner on Cortez. 16 state of the art covered pickleball courts 1 mi away.
