The Tuttle House is part of the Halcyon estate, a property consisting of 3.5 acres with nearly 900′ of private shoreline. The house was constructed in 2006 and has all the amenities of contemporary living. It is fully furnished; you only need bring linens. The Tuttle House has its own private 40′ by 8′ dock for your swimming, sunning & boat tie-up needs. Also on the property are sandy beaches, picnic tables, a swimming raft, gazebo, fire pit, dock space, and sweeping views of the lake. The house is winterized for year round use. Conveniently located off of Route 9N (Lake Shore Drive), the Tuttle House is just one mile north of Lake George Village with its many restaurants, shops, and activities.
