Renters are not allowed to use OHVs at any time and may only use a snowmobile to exit the HOA to access the snowmobile trails outside CLCC.Other things to note:It’s not uncommon to spot moose and other wildlife roaming through our neighborhood an d even strolling through our backyard. We encourage you to keep your cameras handy to capture these magical moments.
