Lakeside Room B&B, sleeps 3THIS LISTING IS FOR THE LAKESIDE BEDROOM WITH A PORCH of an owner-occupied B&B. My rustic log home is located on Lake Memphremagog adjacent to the bike path that runs along the lake and is groomed for cross-country skiing in the winter. The Lakeside bedroom has a queen size and single bed plus a screened in porch with a view of the lake. This room shares a full bathroom with my other guestroom. Lake access includes a small private beach with chairs, a canoe & kayak. A simple Continental Breakfast is served. Limited kitchen access is available upon request.
