Spend a day out on the lake or hiking the Chimney Rock trails, and then return to the cabin to unwind on the spacious deck while taking in the breathtaking views.Our game room features a foosball table, board games, and a cozy couch perfect for unwinding with friends and family after a fun-filled day exploring the area. Our dining room is filled with natural light and is the perfect spot to enjoy any meal. The open kitchen offers an unforgettable cooking experience. We’re located just 4 miles away from the charming downtown of Lake Lure, 6 miles from Chimney Rock, and less than an hour’s scenic drive to Asheville. Game room Bedroom- 2 Twin Beds Kitchen:Large fridge, Electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and ice maker. The dining room table seats up to 6. Fully stocked with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, strainers, plates, bowls, glasses, and pretty much anything you would need to make a full meal to enjoy! Bathrooms:Main Floor Bath — Shower/Tub.Loft Bath— Shower/TubGame Room Bath- Shower TubAll are fully stocked with shampoo, body wash, blow dryer, and fresh towels and washcloths. Cleaning:Washer and dryer, fully stocked paper towels, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, iron and ironing board, broom, and general cleaning supplies. Entertainment:Smart TV in the living room allows you to stream your personal streaming services. Board games are supplied for your enjoyment. Outside:The deck focus is the view, fun, and relaxation! The lake offers swimming sunbathing and boat rentals are close by! Fires: The fireplace is wood burning but is not usable for guests. Guest accessOur guests have access to the entire property other than a few storage areas. The rest of the property, inside and outside, is yours to enjoy.Other things to noteQuiet hours are 9pm-9am. While it may feel like you are alone in the woods, there are neighbors nearby. Loud noise and music on the deck and by the stream are not tolerated. We love animals and welcome all good boys and girls! No more than 2 woofers per stay. We allow you to bring up to two pets. A $25 per pet, per night fee will be requested after your booking is confirmed. Please note that taxes and service fees would be in addition.———————————————————-⭐ VERY IMPORTANT:If you plan on using the house to have a party, sneak in extra guests, bring animals unannounced, or do other things that disregard the house rules, please read below:No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. You will immediately lose your security deposit, be charged an additional $500, and must leave if this happens.Examples:Booking a stay with 8 people and inviting over 10 additional people for a BBQ.Booking a stay with 6 people but using the house to host a family reunion, baby shower, graduation party, bachelor/bachelorette party, wedding shower, etc.Our house rates are based on 6 guests and we can accommodate up to 10 for additional fees. Please be honest and accurate about how many guests stay when you book. The 7th through 10th guests are $25 extra per guest per night. Undisclosed guests will be charged at a rate of $100 per night.
