The property has plenty of outdoor places to gather or just relax. Enjoy views of the Green Mountains from adirondack chairs right by the lake, sip coffee on the front patio, or dine at the outdoor dining table with a view of lake. The home is a perfect gathering spot for friends and families.I live just 5 minutes from this location, so am available!The Neighborhood and Things to Do:Several local markets are within a short drive of the house offering essentials and prepared foods. CSAs like North Hero’s Savage Garden offer delicious fresh produce throughout the summer. Local farmers markets abound on Saturdays. For boaters, a public boat ramp is a short drive from the house and there several marinas where it is possible to rent boats. The island is a great place for cyclists to explore, interesting bike trails include Island Line Rail line – where you can bike across Lake Champlain to the mainland. Hiking is available at several regional parks.
