The resort is also known for its immaculately maintained grounds, 24-hour security gate, and great on-site amenities gym, cyber cafe, table tennis, swimming pool, and a children’s splash pool area, free to all guests of the resort.In addition, on the resort grounds you’ll find a children’s playground, tennis and basketball courts, a picnic and BBQ area, walking/jogging/cycling trail that goes around the lake and a fishing pier with a small sandy beach nearby. You can “catch and release” fish in this lake. It’s a beautiful way to connect with nature in a tranquil environment. It’s also a terrific activity for the young ones. The 14-acre lake is stocked with fish and there are fishing rods and tackle you can use supplied by the resort or for the more savvy fisherman/woman, you may want to bring your own supplies or stop at Walmart for fishing rod and gear.Guest Access:You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay.The Neighborhood:The home is centrally located near all the theme parks, great restaurants, shopping, outlet malls, and golf. There will hardly be a lack of things to do! Please note that a 3.75% credit card fee will be deducted from the transaction.Wifi, cable, parking, bed linens, and towels are all provided free for guests during your stay.The private pool or Jacuzzi can be heated during the winter months for an extra charge and is only available for reservations of 3 days or more. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival.There is no daily housekeeping service but the unit will be thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.The home is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, etc. prior to check-in. You can pick these items up at a nearby supermarket.We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom.
