This is about 20 to 30 minutes from most locations in Scottsdale. If you fly privately into Scottsdale Airport, you are only about 10 minutes away.Q. How does the pool heat work?A. If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. This does not mean the pool maintains that temperature during the colder season. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay.Q. Early check-in or late check-out?A. Check in and out time is set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to prepare the house for the next guest. If you request an early check-in or late check-out, fees will apply. A late checkout after 1 p.m. is the same as renting for another night. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.Q. Are Pets Allowed?A. We allow at least a maximum of 2 pets with a pet deposit of $150/each (non-refundable).
