With a total of 4BR, 2BA and 2 living rooms, there is plenty of space for you and your guests.Originally built in 1850, the property still retains the original pine floors and period built-ins, while recent upgrades allow for the comforts of modern day life. Both bathrooms have been beautifully and recently renovated and the kitchen has all new appliances. The large eat in kitchen/dining room and bright living room provide ample space for entertaining. If vacationing in the winter, a wood stove adds atmosphere and warmth to the living room. Upstairs, you’ll find a second living room plus two additional bedrooms with a full bath. Outside, the quintessential white picket fence and well manicured grounds surround the house. An inviting patio out back is the setting for summer dinner parties complete with a grill and a table with seating for 8. In front of the house are 6 Adirondack chairs, which are great for enjoying a beverage and hanging out. The generous sized driveway accommodates up to 3 cars and the shed contains all that you need for a trip to the beach or a bike ride through the various bike trails in P’town.
